USCIS Announced Today that Employers May Continue to Use Form I-9 Beyond the June 30, 2009 Expiration Date Until Further Notice
USCIS confirmed today that it has extended the validity of form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification form) beyond June 30, 2009. An updated form will be available on the USCIS web site once the U.S. Office of Management and Budget approves it. For now, please continue to use form I-9 with the revision date (on the lower right corner of the form) of 02/02/09.
