When Can A New Employee Get Started?
A new hire in valid H-1B status may begin employment with a new H-1B
employer as soon as the H-1B petition is received by USCIS, as
evidenced by proof of express delivery to USCIS.
Our office specializes in fast, but careful, preparation of H-1B petitions. We can normally prepare an H-1B petition for filing within 2 business days. For example, if you hire our office on Wednesday, the new employee will be authorized to start work on Monday morning.
